Warehouse Manager Full Time

Description

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our client’s team in New Germany, KZN, South Africa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. As the Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing processes and ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures aimed at optimizing efficiency and safety
• Ensure accuracy in inventory control and timely order fulfillment
• Monitor and manage the performance of warehouse staff, providing training and development as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations
• Analyze operational performance and prepare reports on inventory, productivity, and efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar managerial role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
