Group Training Officer Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client in Cape Town is looking for a passionate and experienced Group Training Officer to join their team. As a Group Training Officer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for our clients in various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess training needs of our clients and develop customized training programs
• Create and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on a wide range of topics
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure training programs meet their needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Training Officer or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Degree or diploma in Training and Development, Human Resources or related field.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• MS Office proficient
• Fluent in Zulu
• Able to identify training needs and create training programs accordingly
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
