Planning Coordinator – FMCG Food Manufacturing Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently working with an FMCG food manufacturing company that is looking to hire a Planning Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain production plans
• Create and monitor production schedules
• Manage the inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
• Oversee production performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and products

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in planning or production management within the FMCG food manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in planning software and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Salary: negotiable
