VSD and PLC Sales Representative Full Time

RPO Recruitment is seeking a skilled and motivated VSD (Variable Speed Drive) and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Sales Representative to join our client’s team in New Germany, KZN. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the industrial automation sector
• Promote and sell VSD and PLC products to meet or exceed sales targets
• Provide technical advice and solutions to customers based on their specific needs
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration and support for clients
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or related field
• Proven sales experience in VSDs, PLCs, or similar industrial automation products
• Strong technical understanding of VSDs, PLCs, and related equipment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle objections professionally
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
