Production Supervisor – FMCG Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our client’s FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) team. Our client is a well-established company in the FMCG industry, known for their high-quality products and commitment to innovation.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations in the FMCG manufacturing facility. You will work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations, adherence to production schedules, and strict quality control measures. Your strong leadership skills and industry expertise will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
• Manage and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Monitor and control production costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

• Bachelor’s degree in Production, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of FMCG manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and protocols.
