New Business Sales Executive – Secunda Full Time

RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a New Business Sales Executive to join our client’s team in Secunda. Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and negotiation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (a relevant qualification in Sales or Business is advantageous).
• Proven experience in new business sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives.
• A customer-centric approach with a passion for building relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
