Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development on polymer formulations and applications
• Develop and improve resin-based products to meet industry and client needs
• Perform laboratory testing and analysis to evaluate polymer performance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new product developments
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to polymer processing
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
• Maintain detailed documentation of research findings and product developments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in polymer research and development
• Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry, resin formulation, and material properties
• Hands-on experience with laboratory testing and analytical techniques
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and innovation
