Production Supervisor – Plastics Manufacturing Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our client’s team in the Plastics Manufacturing industry. Our client is a leading manufacturer of plastic products, known for their innovation and commitment to quality.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes in the plastics manufacturing facility. You will be tasked with ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and operational efficiency is optimized.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Monitor and evaluate production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
• Manage and develop a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.

• Trade Test
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the plastics manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and protocols.
