Channel Controller – Cape Town Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a detail-oriented Channel Controller to join our client’s dynamic team in Epping, Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for a focused and organized individual to manage product movement and inventory accuracy across various distribution channels within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the flow of goods through various distribution channels to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels across channels
• Ensure data accuracy by updating and reconciling inventory management systems
• Investigate and resolve channel discrepancies to prevent stock losses or misallocations
• Prepare reports on channel performance, stock movement, and discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to align supply chain and sales goals
• Adhere to company SOPs and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Matric / National Senior Certificate (essential)
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar (advantageous)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a channel control, inventory, or stock management role
• Strong working knowledge of inventory systems and Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Willingness to work in a warehouse/distribution environment
