Millwright – FMCG Full Time

RPO Recruitment is on the lookout for a talented Millwright to join our client’s dynamic team in the FMCG sector. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of machinery used in food and beverage production. Your expertise will ensure high operational efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting on various systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with machinery
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all maintenance procedures
• Document maintenance and repair activities for compliance and tracking purposes

• Proven experience as a Millwright, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Trade Test Certificate as a Millwright
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Experience with PLCs and automated systems is advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong attention to detail and quality in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• MUST RESIDE IN OR AROUND PAARL
