Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is well-organized.
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and displaying new stock arrivals.
Address customer inquiries and provide product information.
Adhere to company policies and maintain high customer service standards.
Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Team-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude.
