Job Description:
RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Factory Administrator to join our client’s team. Our client is a leading manufacturing company known for their high-quality products and commitment to excellence. As a Factory Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of the factory by providing administrative and clerical support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
• Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars for factory staff
• Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as required
• Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
• Assist in maintaining health and safety standards in the factory
• Provide support during audits and compliance checks
• Handle employee inquiries and assist with HR-related tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in a manufacturing environment is a plus
