CNC Operator/Designer/Programmer – Kempton Park Full Time

RPO Recruitment is seeking a motivated CNC Operator/Designer/Programmer to join our client’s dynamic team in Kempton Park. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines, programming designs, and contributing to the design process to ensure the production of high-quality components.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce components according to specifications
• Develop and edit CNC programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with the design team to create and modify design layouts
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Troubleshoot issues related to programming and machine operations
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of CNC equipment
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times
• Document processes and maintain accurate production records

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, Designer, or Programmer
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code)
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines and design software (e.g., CAD/CAM applications)
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and blueprints
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a CNC machining environment
• Technical diploma or relevant certification is preferred
