Junior Production Planner (Graduate Role) Full Time

RPO’s client is actively seeking a Junior Production Planner to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to kickstart their career in supply chain and production planning. The role offers hands-on exposure in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset are key. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet demand.
• Support the production team with data analysis, reporting, and workflow updates.
• Identify and troubleshoot any potential delays or inefficiencies in the planning process.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Continuously learn and grow within the planning function and take initiative in problem-solving.

Requirements:

• BCom in Supply Chain or BBA graduates
• No formal work experience required, but MS Excel skills will be advantageous.
• Must have played competitive team sport in high school.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
