Legal Advisor Full Time

RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to join our client’s team in Paarl. Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate and commercial matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Handle legal disputes and manage litigation processes where necessary
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry-related legal developments
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate legal risks
• Maintain accurate records of legal proceedings and documentation

Requirements

• Admitted attorney
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree
• Experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and commercial law
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide sound legal advice and risk assessment in a corporate setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
