Inventory Control Supervisor – Boksburg Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our client’s operations team in Boksburg. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of inventory accuracy, stock movement, and control processes in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock takes to verify inventory integrity
• Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate inbound and outbound stock movement with the warehouse team
• Maintain and update inventory management systems and documentation
• Work closely with procurement and planning teams to manage stock levels
• Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure adherence to SOPs
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the warehouse
  

Requirements

• Matric or equivalent qualification
• Diploma or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in inventory control within a warehouse environment
• Proficient in using inventory management systems (WMS, ERP, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of health and safety practices within a warehouse
