Warehouse Project Specialist – FMCG Full Time

RPO Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for a Warehouse Project Specialist to join a prominent FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and executing warehouse projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and maximizing resource utilization.

The Warehouse Project Specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects and initiatives that drive productivity and enhance supply chain performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, execution, and reporting
• Analyze current warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes
• Train and mentor team members on project-related processes and best practices

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or project management within the FMCG sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Salary: R800K/yr – R900K/yr, negotiable
