Sales Manager – Packaging Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for packaging solutions
• Collaborate with clients to understand their packaging needs and provide expert guidance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the packaging industry
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to senior management

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the packaging industry
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a sales team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, and industry trends
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
• High level of professionalism and customer focus
