Responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate current supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement optimisation strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain goals with overall business objectives.
• Monitor supply chain performance using key metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Implement technology solutions to improve supply chain visibility and operational efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure value delivery.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain optimisation or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
