Dispatch Supervisor – Germiston, Gauteng Full Time

RPO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to join our client’s team in Germiston, Gauteng. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to oversee dispatch operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed
• Manage and oversee the loading and unloading of goods
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies
• Optimize dispatch routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and dispatch schedules
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to resolve any issues
• Train and mentor dispatch staff to enhance performance and productivity

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
• Diploma or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (advantageous)
• Proven experience as a Dispatch Supervisor or in a similar logistics role
• Strong knowledge of dispatch operations, route planning, and inventory management
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
