Supply Chain Manager – Pinetown (KZN) Full Time

RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our client’s dynamic team in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain function, driving efficiencies, improving systems, and ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, logistics, and distribution operations. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies that align with business goals
• Manage procurement, inventory control, logistics, and warehouse functions
• Collaborate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Analyse supply chain data and performance to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimisation
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues as they arise

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Or demonstrate, with evidence, past experience and industry knowledge that qualifies the individual for the position.
• Minimum of 5 years Managerial experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on scheduling, procurement, and inventory management.
• Experience with production planning and inventory management systems in SYSPRO, and other ERP/MRP/MES systems are essential.
