Millwright Full Time

RPO’s client is seeking a skilled Millwright to join a dynamic team in Benoni, Gauteng. The company specializes in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages manufacturing and is looking for someone to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment, contributing to optimal production performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Install, assemble, and disassemble machinery and equipment
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Collaborate with production teams to address operational issues
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports

Requirements:

• Millwright Trade Test certification
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed
