Stock Controller – Durban Full Time

RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled Stock Controller to join our client’s team in Durban. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage inventory and ensure seamless stock operations within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and plan stock levels.
• Update inventory records and prepare reports on stock levels and variances.
• Identify and address potential inventory issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and storage regulations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Stock Controller or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
