RPO Recruitment is seeking a motivated and dynamic Supply Chain Graduate to join our client’s team in Thabazimbi. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and optimizing various supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
• Support the supply chain team in data analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Participate in supplier communications and help maintain strong relationships
• Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and reducing costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in forecasting and demand planning
• Participate in training sessions and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Recent graduate or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
