Senior Logistics Coordinator – FMCG Industry – R250K – R200K Full Time

RPO Recruitment’s client in the FMCG industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Logistics Coordinator to join their team in the Western Cape.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Supply Chain Manager with timeous forecast planning, logistics, administration and export of all processed abalone products and stock of outside farm.
• Sales reporting and the effective daily running and administration of the Sales office, ensuring that specific functions are performed professionally as briefed, on time and effectively.
• Assist with forecast planning.
• Logistics, Administration an export of all products.
• Managing and formatting monthly sales reports.
• Managing communication and administration functions, and daily running of the Sales Office.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification [e.g., Sales Management, Logistics Management, Marketing & Branding Management studies].
• 5 years’ proven professional office support to senior managers.
• Good written and oral communication skills with fluency in English and ability to write and analyse reports.
• Advanced computer literacy in all modules of MS Office and Google Suite software packages.
• Good knowledge of WordPress front and back-end coding.
• Proven practical experience in data collection and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Able and willing to work overtime, and in a pressurised environment.
• Valid Driver’s license and own reliable transport.
• Customer service attitude and professional appearance.
• Contactable references.
