Sales Executive Full Time

RPO Recruitments client is currently seeking a Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Your role will involve selling our recruitment services to prospective clients and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
• Pitch our recruitment services to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of partnering with RPO Recruitment
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to anticipate market changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience within a similar industry
• Fully computer literate
• SAP experience/knowledge beneficial
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
