Sales Executive – Freight Industry Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join their client’s team in the Freight industry in Cape Town. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer acquisition within the freight sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in the freight industry
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Keep updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the freight industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus
