Job Title: Production Administrator
RPO Recruitment, a reputable recruitment agency, are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of their client’s production department. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Production Administrator will work closely with the production team to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate production schedules and timelines
– Manage all production documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents
– Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
– Assist with inventory management and procurement of necessary supplies
– Provide administrative support to the production team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
– Maintain accurate records of production activities and expenditures
– Help to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of production activities
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
– 3+ years of experience in a production or administrative role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Knowledge of production processes and terminology is a plus
