Receptionist and Customer Care Representative Full Time

RPO Recruitment is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Receptionist and Customer Care Representative to join their clients team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, your role will be to provide excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with special projects and events as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist or customer care representative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent
