RPO Recruitment’s client is looking for a Quality Inspector to join their team in Kempton Park, Gauteng.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Use standard measuring tools to verify product dimensions and tolerances
Record, analyze, and report on inspection findings
Communicate quality concerns or non-conformances to relevant departments
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Maintain detailed inspection documentation and quality records
Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to company quality policies and procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment
Proficient in using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Strong customer interaction and communication skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Solid understanding of ISO standards and quality control systems
