Production Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives.
• Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve targets and maintain high performance.
• Monitor and optimize workflows to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
• Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Manage inventory, raw materials, and production schedules effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements in a production setting.
