Commercial Account Manager Full Time

As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key accounts by building strong relationships and understanding their needs
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the recruitment process
• Manage and resolve any client issues or concerns

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management or sales
• Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proactive and self-motivated attitude with a strong drive for results
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
