A well-established production and supply company is looking for an experienced Millwright with strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills to join their team in Harding, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of plant machinery, reducing downtime, and maintaining high productivity standards in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment

Conduct maintenance on Creo & CCA plants and cross-cut saws
-
Perform boiler and heat exchanger maintenance
-
Design, assemble, and set up machinery and mechanical systems
-
Carry out general engineering and building maintenance tasks
-
Manage and oversee maintenance staff
Requirements:
-
Trade-tested Millwright qualification
-
Proven experience in plant and equipment maintenance within a production environment

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and boiler systems
-
Strong problem-solving ability with the capacity to think innovatively
-
Able to work independently under pressure
-
Staff supervision experience is advantageous
