Retail Planner – Retail Full Time

RPO Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Planner to join a reputable retail company.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandise plans to drive sales and maximize profitability. You will work closely with the buying team to ensure the right stock is available at the right time and in the right quantities. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, monitoring inventory levels, and making recommendations to optimize store performance.

Responsibilities

• Create merchandise plans based on sales forecasts, market trends, and historical data.
• Review and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Collaborate with the buying team to ensure alignment between product strategy and merchandise plans.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with suppliers to manage stock replenishment.
• Analyze store performance metrics and make recommendations for pricing, promotions, and assortment optimization.

• Previous experience as a Retail Planner in the retail industry.
