Maintenance Support – Fitness and Wellness Industry – Gauteng Full Time

RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a dedicated Maintenance Support professional to join our client’s team in Sandton. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong technical skills to assist in maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring optimal functionality across operations. If you have experience in maintenance support and a keen eye for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and performing necessary repairs.
• Support the maintenance team in replacing faulty components to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Coordinate with suppliers to source and order necessary parts and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience in maintenance support, repairs, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
