Maintenance Administrator – Packaging Full Time

RPO Recruitment is seeking a meticulous and organized Maintenance Administrator to join our clients dynamic team in Cape Town. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company’s facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage maintenance schedules and documentation
• Assist in coordinating maintenance activities and priorities with the maintenance team
• Ensure timely processing of maintenance work orders and requests
• Track inventory of spare parts and supplies for maintenance operations
• Compile and analyze maintenance performance data and reports
• Coordinate communication between maintenance personnel, vendors, and suppliers
• Assist with budgeting and financial tracking for maintenance activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance administration or similar role
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of maintenance processes and terminology is a plus
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
