Junior Credit Controller Part Time

RPO Recruitment’s client is looking for a Junior Credit Controller to join their team in Krugersdorp, Gauteng. This role is within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in reconciling large groups of suppliers. The successful candidate will report to the financial accountants and must be able to learn quickly and perform effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile a high volume of creditors across two active companies within 18 days from month-end.
• Work within an ERP system (Acumatica preferably) to manage creditor accounts.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of reconciliations.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in financial reporting related to creditors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in reconciling a high volume of creditors.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Acumatica.
