Inside Sales Support – Paarl Full Time

RPO Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic client team in Paarl. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, customer satisfaction, and efficient internal support for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing and tracking.
• Maintain customer records, process sales orders, and manage customer communications.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team to ensure prompt and accurate service delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and manage stock levels.
• Identify customer needs and provide recommendations for products or services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong customer relationship database.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales support or a similar role.
• SAP Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the material handling, logistics, or related industry is an advantage.
