Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hire Controller. The Hire Controller will be responsible for managing the hiring process of equipment and vehicles to customers, ensuring that all bookings are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing exceptional service.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and qualifications.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and negotiate offers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and hiring activities.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
