Project Engineer – Packaging Full Time

RPO Recruitment, a reputable recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our client’s team. As a Project Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with top engineering talent and leading companies in various industries.

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Your strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage resources will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to establish project goals and objectives.
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identify and address potential project risks and issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative project solutions.
• Maintain effective communication and relationships with all project stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
