Job Description:
RPO Recruitment’s client, in the logistics industry, are looking for a skilled Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Tzaneen. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all electrical and mechanical systems within our logistics facility. This includes conducting regular inspections, performing repairs and maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly to support our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of electrical and mechanical systems to identify any issues or potential problems
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical problems
• Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement preventative maintenance plans
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs
• Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience working with electrical and mechanical systems in a logistics or industrial setting
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good understanding of safety regulations and best practices
