Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of business and IT solutions, ensuring on-time, within scope, and budget outcomes
Oversee multiple project teams across various disciplines, ensuring effective coordination and delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders and executive leadership to align project goals with business objectives
Drive continuous improvement and best practices within delivery processes
Manage supplier/vendor relationships to ensure service quality and value for money
Track and report delivery performance, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders
Support career development, performance management, and mentoring of team members
Ensure delivery governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Essential)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM/CSP), LEAN Agile, or SAFe certification (Preferred)
Minimum 3 – 5 years in a senior technical leadership or delivery role
Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams
Strong background in performance management, financial oversight, and strategic planning
Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level executives and senior managers
Solid understanding of vendor and supplier management
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting priorities, and deliver high-quality results
