Dealer Sales – Johannesburg Full Time

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate Dealer Sales Representative to join our client’s dynamic team in Johannesburg. This role is essential in driving sales and building strong relationships with automotive dealers in the region. As a Dealer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our client’s products, driving dealership performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in Johannesburg.
• Conduct regular visits to clients.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales promotions and marketing strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to dealers and their teams.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Johannesburg.
