Job Summary:

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure the success of our commercial activities. You will need to have a strong understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to generate new leads and expand market reach
• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and up-sell opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize pricing strategies, product offerings, and sales tactics
• Monitor sales performance and financial metrics to track progress towards commercial goals
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure the best terms and conditions for the company
• Lead a team of commercial professionals and provide guidance and support to achieve team targets
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to anticipate opportunities and threats
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and industry meetings to promote the brand and build partnerships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a commercial or sales management role, preferably in the [industry/sector]
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
