Building Site Agent | Construction Industry Full Time

Our client, a well-established construction contractor, is looking for an experienced Site Agent to join their team in Cape Town

This role involves managing small to medium-sized building contracts (R50m–R300m) and contributing to sub-sections of larger contracts valued at R300m and above

Minimum Requirements:

• BTech in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or a BSc degree in Construction Management
• Atleast 5 years of building construction experience — ideally with exposure to large-scale projects
• Proven track record managing site teams, subcontractors, and complex construction programmes
• Strong command of construction contracts and their practical administration
• Sound understanding of construction costs, procurement, and quality management
• Proficient in relevant construction software; BIM exposure is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure
• Valid driver’s license
