Asset Care (Maintenance) Specialist – Packaging & Plastics Full Time

RPO Recruitment is partnering with a leading company in the Packaging & Plastics industry to find a highly skilled Asset Care (Maintenance) Specialist. As an Asset Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our client’s packaging and plastics equipment.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing maintenance strategies, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and overseeing equipment upgrades and installations. You will also be responsible for analyzing equipment performance data, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing maintenance strategies to maximize asset performance and reliability
• Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on packaging and plastics equipment
• Overseeing equipment upgrades and installations
• Analyzing equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives in the maintenance department
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or asset care in the packaging and plastics industry
• Strong knowledge of packaging and plastics equipment and processes
• Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the packaging and plastics industry
