Junior Health & Safety Officer Full Time

RPO’s client is actively seeking a talented Graduate Health and Safety (OHS / SHE) Officer to join their team in Observatory, Western Cape. They are looking for a candidate who can support the development, implementation, and oversight of health and safety programs. This entry-level role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ensuring a safe and compliant work environment within the manufacturing and fulfilment operations.

This is an opportunity for a dedicated professional who will be reporting to the Head of production. This is a full time, onsite position.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Diploma or Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or Environmental Management).
• 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Interest or background in Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental Management.
• Familiarity with basic safety standards and regulations is beneficial but not required.
• SAMTRAC Course or similar H&S qualifications (preferred, but not essential).
