Job Summary:

RPO Recruitment’s client are seeking a talented and driven Talent Sourcing Engineer to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent within the packaging industry to support our company’s growth and success. The Talent Sourcing Engineer will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates for open positions in the packaging industry
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and develop candidate profiles for each position
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for the company
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to coordinate interviews and facilitate the selection process
• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment within the packaging industry
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting software
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
