CNC Bender Operators Full Time

Job Title: CNC Bender Operator

Location: Kempton Park

Industry: Trailer Manufacturer

RPO Recruitment’s client are currently seeking a skilled CNC Bender Operator to join their team at a leading trailer manufacturing company in Kempton Park. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC bending machines and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC bending machines to produce accurately formed metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Monitor machine operation to ensure parts are produced within specified tolerances
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to ensure proper forming of parts
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC bending machines to ensure proper functioning
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating machines
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of parts

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating CNC bending machines
• Strong technical skills and ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and materials
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
