Responsibilities
- Analyse and evaluate current supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement optimisation strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain goals with overall business objectives.
- Monitor supply chain performance using key metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Implement technology solutions to improve supply chain visibility and operational efficiency.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure value delivery.
- Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain optimisation or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
